The Yunlin Government Stationed in the Yunlin District Court

The service of the family violence events of Yunlin Government which stationed in the Yunlin District Court is officially established on July 16, 2004. It is set in the office of the Small Claims Court and Juvenile/ Family Court of Touliu City; and people served are those parties who suffered from family violence or sexual infringement. The service provided are listening and talking assistance、assisting in applying the protection order、accompanying to present in the court、various introduction services (Including legal counseling、psychological counseling、protection and disposition、illness and medical treatment、employment、household record、school record)、economic support counseling、cases follow up administration. The service hour is 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. The address is No. 41, Kung Ming Rd., Touliu City, Yunlin County, Taiwan, next to the Jen Wen Park and inside the Small Claims Court, and the service number is: 05-5342433 Ext. 103 or 119. In the light of the yearly escalated number of foreign spouses in Yunlin County, the number 0800-088885 is also offered especially to the foreign spouses, providing these foreigners with necessary counseling and services.
